At the field level, IP110H and IP503H Lite IP radios deliver instant voice communication and group coordination for frontline personnel. Sensors and cameras are connected through the AG260 AIoT Gateway, while the AS710 Wi-Fi 7 indoor access point provides high-quality Wi-Fi coverage in stations, platforms, and passenger areas to enhance traveler connectivity. Long-range, time-synchronized backhaul is supported by the SP250 Series, ensuring stable, high-throughput wireless links across trackside and outdoor environments. At the core, the zMEC edge-computing platform performs real-time AI video analytics, abnormal-event detection, and rapid data distribution to minimize latency and support mission-critical responses. By integrating Wi-Fi, LTE, 5G, PTP wireless backhaul, and AIoT devices into a single cohesive system, EdgeLink-X enables applications such as slope monitoring, intersection intrusion detection, pantograph spark/wear monitoring, and onboard operational visibility—forming a robust foundation for next-generation safe and intelligent mobility.

Delta’s EV charging solution utilizes the self-developed DeltaGrid® EVM, an electric vehicle charging management system for smart charging, power allocation, and charging equipment management. To avoid exceeding the site’s power limit during simultaneous charging, which could result in fines or power outages, the depot adopted a smart charging management system to effectively address power overuse and charging allocation issues. Under limited power conditions, the system efficiently allocates charging power for the electric buses and provides flexibility for future fleet expansion. Not only are outsiders prone to getting lost, but Taipeiers are not even aware of it. We launched Taipei Navi App to private the function of Indoor navigation, tasty food and shopping, intelligent parking, and push notification. It's easy for people to know where they are and find their destination 【Taipei Songshan Airport】 The Airport Terminal Building is 61,000 square meters. Managers take time to confirm position and execution status when assigning tasks and events. With this Staff Positioning and Dispatching System, managers can assign work. Employees see the location and content and can report the status of completion on the system. The manager can check whether the employee actually arrived at the given location.

The Track Safety Management System is primarily aimed at addressing safety concerns along the track. It provides real-time monitoring, statistics, and detection-triggered alerts for trackside environments including stations, level crossings, along the track, and slope areas. The goal of this management system is to establish early warning alerts and prevent accidents from causing damage. Through the intelligent AIOT recognition monitoring system, it detects and analyzes station pedestrian traffic, tracks pedestrians at level crossings, identifies passing vehicles and traffic flow, detects foreign objects at level crossings and activates alarms, monitors personnel lingering and debris along the track, conducts rockfall monitoring on slopes with a rain gauge, monitors the environmental conditions in equipment boxes, and oversees the operation status of level crossing equipment. The monitoring data and image information are transmitted to the management system platform for integrated management via fiber-optic networks, NBIOT, or mobile communication. Additionally, it provides central management personnel with real-time interpretation and remote control in case of anomalies.

This project integrates cable TV systems, Civil IoT, and AI video recognition technology to build smart disaster prevention and site safety services. Centered on set-top boxes (STB) and intelligent sensing, the solution focuses on bridging the gap in real-time information and safety protection for elderly and rural populations. Through its wired network infrastructure, the system developed under this project is capable of delivering real-time disaster prevention information, including earthquakes, typhoons, and heavy rainfall alerts. In addition, AI-based recognition capabilities have been integrated into the system. Currently, the system has completed event recognition functions such as parcel placement and retrieval detection. It also performs analysis of human movement trajectories and abnormal group behavior detection. In the future, the system will be further expanded to identify dangerous situations such as violent behavior. Through this project, Taiwan Optical Platform (TOP) demonstrates the potential of integrating cable television networks with AI and IoT technologies to develop a platform for smart disaster prevention and public safety applications.

Live crowd movement information is crucial in busy public spaces. Manual checks and basic sensors often lack accuracy and fail to keep up with real-time changes. The People Counting System uses AI video analytics and multi-sensor fusion. It delivers accurate, real-time crowd data. The system automatically counts people, tracks direction, monitors density, and provides instant alerts and reports. Deep learning ensures accuracy in low-light or crowded conditions. Multi-target tracking prevents double-counting. Edge computing and cloud-based management enable on-site analysis and long-term monitoring. Integrating cameras, infrared, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth data improves detection and increases coverage. The system generates real-time heat maps, flow analyses, and historical records. These support layout optimization, entry regulation, evacuation planning, and efficiency. The system serves malls, transit hubs, campuses, parks, and public buildings. It is vital for smart cities. It replaces manual counting with intelligent management for better safety, responsiveness, and adaptability.

Remote expert video collaboration solution uses AR smart glasses to transmit onsite situation to the remote technical experts with high-definition real-time video, and guide the on-site engineer to troubleshoot and repair the fault from the first-person view perspective and free their hands. This is not only improves maintenance efficiency, but also ensures safety. It also achieve the sharing and inheritance of expert resources and high cost of traveling on site. When encountering difficult situations, multiple technical experts can also be invited for consultation. Experts can provide real-time multi-party HD video guidance with the on-site engineer, whether on PC or smartphone, to jointly solve technical issues and reduce downtime losses.

The system developed by this project provides a smart solution for station including digital fence system, platform pedestrian flow analysis, animal tracking expelled system, track water situation analysis system and platform digital information signage. The platform comprehensively analyses the image of around the station, train coordinates, passenger entry and exit, and water depth etc. Which can be used for follow up review and improvement of abnormal events such as track intrusion, crowd congestion and road flooding to achieve optimal train operation configuration and class spacing control. And provide abnormal event warning and troubleshooting and passenger intelligence information services. After the integration of multiple subsystem through the IOC platform, the system will automatically alert an alarm to the traffic control center and announce the train near the area to remind the driver to pay attention to the situation and enhance the safety of the train and the people or cars in the area when the detection system alarms.
