The "Dosage Evaluation Method" applies AI technology to assess dosages for high-risk medications, using Vancomycin as an example. This method addresses limitations in clinical practice, where dosages are typically determined by physician experience or population pharmacokinetic parameters, which may not account for individual patient variability. Although several AI-based prediction models for dosage evaluation currently exist, most of these models directly suggest dosages, often without fully considering physician expertise. The innovation of this method lies in its approach to validating only the physician-selected dosage, providing reference feedback without influencing the physician’s final decision. This design not only respects the physician’s professional judgment but also enhances the safety of medication administration.

The Supplier and Investment Management Module is an extension of Carbon Star, allowing enterprises to manage not only their own carbon emissions but also conduct inventory and management of carbon emissions from suppliers or investment companies. The module features complete functionalities for carbon emission data inventory, registration, and management. Criminal and street violence cases will affect and cause panic to citizens. In order to diminish street violence cases, reducing the time to solve these cases, protecting citizens’ lives and properties, and allow citizens to live without fear, the Kaohsiung City Police Department (KCPD) built the “3D Street Violence Early Warning, AI Intelligence Collection and Integration Platform” (hereinafter called “the Platform”). The platform utilizes the Internet of Things (IoT) to combine AI image recognition and sound sensing technologies for cross-domain big data analyses. KCPD established cross-platform data interfacing and integration, mainly through “data integration” and “network analyses” to collect with the municipal government’s transportation bureaus and social bureaus; and import existing data from the KCPD data platforms. The Platform will, through web service API, (a) retrieve data built by information systems, (b) conduct big data analysis, aggregate applicable intelligence data and present it in the form of dynamic information, (c) Integrate all information and display it as maps and topologies, improve case handling efficiency. According to KCPD employees’ query, they can adjust factor weights and relationships. Analyze the results based on rational mathematical models and professional case-handling concepts, so that intelligence analysis goes beyond the limitations of platform developers and allows criminal police to maximize their capabilities.

This project establishes a 5G private network in rural Tainan schools, introducing AR/VR gamified English teaching. Students engage in scenario-based games, simulating English conversations in virtual reality, fostering entertaining and interactive learning. The curriculum incorporates famous global landmarks and utilizes AR technology for checkpoint missions, enhancing student interest. Beyond English education, the initiative collaborates with the National Palace Museum, integrating AR/VR historical artifacts. Using 5G streaming, historical content is seamlessly integrated into campus teaching. The project not only enhances learning outcomes in rural junior high schools, reducing the urban-rural digital gap, but also has the potential for nationwide expansion. Through cross-disciplinary collaboration, it drives the development of both horizontal and vertical industry chains.

Nearly one-third of the population in Yunlin County are first-tier industrial workers, mainly agricultural planting and fishery breeding. It has been effectively improving the first-tier Industrial productivity and filling the gap in production instability, and receiving a solution for the lack of labor and the approval of the National Development Council Plan. This will also make Yunlin a place where cases of digital transformation and creation blooming. This service is introduced into multiple towns and villages in Yunlin County and 350 jobs have been created and about 320 million production value have been increased.The project won the 2022 “Smart City Innovation Application Awards".
