In alignment with global sustainable tourism trends and Taiwan’s “2050 Net-Zero Emissions Pathway,” Nantou County launched the Nantou Sustainable Tourism Campaign (NSTC) in 2024 in partnership with National Chi Nan University. This project is deployed in a large-scale fish farming area in southern Taiwan, where ponds are widely distributed and geographically fragmented, creating challenges for long-distance network connectivity and real-time surveillance. The solution utilizes fiber optic links as the backbone to ensure stable long-range transmission across the site. EAP610-Outdoor wireless access points are deployed to extend network coverage through a mesh architecture, effectively reducing the need for repetitive cabling. For surveillance, the system integrates an NVR4032H with InSight S345 and InSight S345ZI bullet cameras, delivering stable and reliable video transmission. Combined with PoE switches, this solution establishes a flexible, efficient, and reliable network and intelligent surveillance infrastructure tailored for aquaculture management.

This service utilizes Measurement While Drilling (MWD) technology to collect critical subsurface information in real time during the drilling process, helping to monitor formation conditions and ensure construction safety. By providing immediate feedback from measurement data, drilling parameters and operational strategies can be dynamically adjusted, reducing unforeseen risks and improving drilling stability. The MWD data also serves as an essential basis for subsequent analysis and engineering decisions, enhancing overall decision-making quality and operational efficiency in drilling operations.
