Huijia has a non-invasive monitoring Smart Care System based on nFOPT® technology (Non-invasive Fiber Optic Physiological Monitoring Technology) with AI that can accurately track the first symptoms of the virus, including respiratory rate, heart rate, coughs, sleep quality, and many other vital signs. Only 2mm thin, Magical Optical Fiber Film does not need to be worn. You can place it under your pillow and bed cover. It has high-sensitivity and accuracy and creates no electromagnetic waves. It provides remote and 24hr monitoring, detection notifications, health reminders and long-term records. The reduced contact with patients also protects care providers and reduces waste of medical resources. It is a high-sensitivity and high-accuracy physiological sensor that can monitor changes in physiological activities such as breathing, heart rate, blood pressure, sleep analysis, and movements. Product applications include smart (bed) pads, smart beds, smart wheelchair cushions, smart floor, smart assistive devices and smart care systems for taking care of elders and babies simultaneously. nFOPT® has won many international awards, including APICTA Awards, R&D 100 Awards and ECI Awards. It was developed 10 years ago and has been adopted in over 300 baby and elderly care centers by more than 100,000 users. There are more than 35 senior care centers and hospitals in Taiwan using our smart care system to prevent Covin-19.

This project uses the 阡陌(QianMo) System, which drawing the road profiles, markings, signs, and signals based on the road geography data as a universal base map, to integrate cross-domain digital applications. Besides, 阡陌(QianMo) System has developed an application on mobile phone, through this application, user can complete the case opening, drawing, conversation recording, and photo-taking operations on-site, and convert the accident cases into collision elements in accordance with time, vehicle type, direction, collision type, and number of casualties. On the other hands, when handling improvements for accident-prone intersections, 阡陌(QianMo) System can overlay the elements to implement the collision composition analysis serves as a scientific proof and visualization tool for researching traffic improvement measures and explaining accident risk hotspots. Besides, after the subsequent engineering improvements, user can provide revision of road geography data as the feedback. Through this mechanism, which can achieve a digital governance cycle. Finally, through 阡陌(QianMo) System , this project integrates cross-domain applications related to police administration, transportation bureau, and engineering industry to improve driving environments and prevent traffic accidents.

First of all, the image classification technique and retinal segmentation were put together to generate an automatic classification for CKD patient. It saves time on filtering unqualified image. Moreover, with Resnet50 image classification, it improves the efficiency of image processing. After preprocessing step, AI system is used analyzing retinal image and classifying CKD stage, which is aim to predict high risk group of DKD in patients with diabetes.

The city has also created the Taichung City Map Cloud, releasing diverse map service APIs for various government agencies. During the pandemic, a footprint map was created for the public's convenience and house number information was also made available on the OSM (Open Street Map) to realize public-private partnerships.
