There are members-only services to provide members with more advanced and efficient land administration services.

(1) Production of basic information on real estate appraisal: Produce information of nearby landmark and obnoxious facilities on the surrounding environment and their related distances. Calculate the average transaction prices within a range and list examples of real-price registrations. (2) Analysis of transactions with real price within communities: Query the basic information of communities and list the transaction history, average unit price (including unit price for each floor), record high and record low unit price, and the latest unit prices.
