More than 133 countries, 241 cities and 821 companies around the world have committed to net zero emission targets, covering 83% of global greenhouse gas emissions, 91% of gross domestic product, and 80% of the population. In view of the global net zero emissions trend and the introduction of a border adjustment mechanisms to curtail the risk of carbon leakage in the EU, U.S., Japan or other Taiwan's major trading partners.
