The 13th Smart City Summit & Expo (SCSE) is set to make its grand debut. Long recognized for its commitment to integrating innovative technologies into urban governance to enhance quality of life, SCSE has become a premier global platform. By bridging the gap between government, industry, and international city partners, it facilitates a robust exchange of insights and experiences in smart governance.

In response to the rapid evolution of AI and the approaching 2050 Net-Zero emissions target, industries worldwide are at a critical juncture of transformation. Consequently, this year’s summit is themed "Digital and Green Twin Transformation," directly echoing the government’s "2050 Net-Zero" and "AI New Ten Major Construction" policy goals. The exhibition will spotlight pivotal urban issues, including AI CITY, AI Robotics, Urban Energy Resilience, and the flourishing startup ecosystem. Highlights range from the development of Sovereign AI and energy infrastructure to the practical application of AI across diverse sectors and its physical integration through robotics. Furthermore, the event will explore how technology can be leveraged for predictive prevention and real-time adaptation, ensuring cities remain resilient and sustainable amidst natural disasters and energy crises.

This edition of SCSE brings together seven major ministries—including the Ministry of the Interior, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Digital Affairs, National Development Council, and the National Science and Technology Council—alongside 13 local governments. Together, they will showcase the integrated achievements of policy initiative and industrial practice.
