Dr Miranda Blogg is the Director of the Cooperative and Automated Vehicle Initiative at the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads. Miranda has worked for the department for the last 5 years, and prior to, she was a consultant working both in Australia and the United States. Miranda is a registered civil engineer with a PhD in traffic engineering, and has specialised in traffic engineering, transport planning and research for over 20 years.

Johnny Wang is responsible for Business Development in the APAC region for Baraja. He is working with major automotive OEM’s, AV start-ups, and global technology giants to integrate Baraja’s high performance LiDAR into a broad range of products including robo-taxis, autonomous trucks, and large industrial automation equipment.

Previously as an engineer and entrepreneur, he has worked with major ICT companies including ASUSTek, AUO, and Intel in developing technology innovations and adapting them into new products to bring to market.

Over 20 years of GPS/GIS industry experience, starting from R&D personnel, managing R&D teams, assisting investment departments in technical assessments, leading business teams, leading marketing teams, and becoming business group leaders. San has successfully led the team to challenge the BMW connected drive project and became the first Taiwanese company to enter the IoV service of international car manufacture, and passed strict international certification.

Currently, San focused on the self-driving technology industry. Leveraging the successful experiences on the telematics system and developing the self-driving total solutions.

Stephen Liu

TURING Drive Inc.
Executive Director

Stephen Liu is now Executive Director of TURING Drive Inc., taking charge of business development, projects, marketing and communications. Within in 30 months, Turing Drive has developed 4 types of autonomous driving carriers with a total of 12 vehicles that have been tested in 8 sites across Taiwan after running over 30,000km and shuttling more than 70,000 passengers.

Previously, Stephen Liu was business development manager in Sunsky International, an ITS system integrator, developing road safety, smart traffic, AV/UAV, and railway businesses.

Stephen was previously a BD and project manager at GIS Group, an event management company in Taiwan, specializing in bidding and organizing business events.

He holds a bachelor degree in finance from National Taiwan University and a master degree in interpretation from National Taiwan Normal University. Certified as a Chinese/English conference interpreter, he works bilingually and translates more than languages, but dreams, ideas, and actions.

William Wu

GoShare Taiwan Ltd.

William is the Global Expansion team lead in GoShare and currently responsible for the oversea expansion for GoShare scooter-sharing service. He is also responsible for Go-To-Market strategy for new product from GoShare, including cooperate offering, ecosystem, and gamification program. He used to work in BCG 2 years as consultant role and 1 year as assistant, and he focused on Technology, Telecom, Banking, Insurance, and Healthcare. William has abundant experience of Go-To-Market Strategy, Customer Journey, and Digital Transformation.
