Dr.Yasuyuki Nakajima has been involved in MPEG standardization and compressed domain MPEG processing at KDDI R&D Labs. In 2007, he was General Manager of Media Service Planning Dept. at KDDI, where he conducted music and video delivery services over KDDI’s mobile phones(au). In 2011, he was appointed President CEO of KDDI R&D Labs., where he was responsible for research and analysis on telecommunications policies and future business models as well as R&D activities. Since 2020 he has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of KDDI Research Inc.

Mr. C. H. Wu

Prior to joining Taiwan Mobile in 2016 as Vice President and Chief Enterprise Business Officer, C.H. Wu has accumulated rich working experiences and established a solid track record in major companies including IBM, Cisco, Symantec, and Advantech. Mr. Wu started his career as a system engineer, and later reached high achievements in sales operations.

Mr. Wu acquired a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from NTU, Taiwan, followed by an MS in Electrical Engineering, with a major in Digital Signal Processing, at the University of Rochester, NY, USA.

Mr. Albert Chen

Dr. Chen serves as the Senior Vice President and is responsible for corporation strategic planning in INVENTEC Corporation. He is also the Technical Management Committee Chair of Taiwan Association of Information and Communication Standards (TAICS). Prior to joining INVENTEC Corporation, Dr. Chen worked at Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), Philips Semiconductor and Ericsson.
Dr. Chen received his M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from University of Missouri, USA and Applied Mathematics from Purdue University, USA. He received his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from University of Wisconsin - Madison, USA.
