To advance Taiwan’s 2050 net-zero transition, the government is currently accelerating industrial transformation and modernization. However, achieving deep decarbonization beyond 2030 hinges on innovative green technologies serving as a breakthrough to scale carbon reduction solutions and sharpen industrial competitiveness. As part of this mission, the National Development Council has integrated "Technological Innovation" into its “Taiwan’s Action Plan on Comprehensive Carbon Reduction”. This forum focuses on the trends and governance shaping green technology, fostering cross-agency and interdisciplinary dialogue to synchronize the action paths of policy, R&D, finance, and industry.
