The Climate Change Response Act was enacted on February 15th of last year, incorporating the net-zero emissions target for 2050 into law. Additionally, it allocates funds specifically for carbon fee increases, climate change adaptation, and enhancing climate governance. Addressing climate change requires collaborative efforts from all levels of government, businesses, and citizens. This year, the Ministry of Environment is hosting the "2050 Net Zero City Exhibition" with the theme "Climate Legislation: Central and Local Collaboration Towards Net Zero," inviting stakeholders to participate in discussions and exchanges.
