The 3rd Smart City Forum and Exhibition will kick off on March 21 at the Kaohsiung Exhibition Center! This year, a total of 150 manufacturers will use 550 booths. During the three-day exhibition, 20 professional forums will be held, which is expected to attract more than 30,000 professionals. Kuo Shui-yi, President of the Taitai Smart City Alliance, said that more than 200 overseas visitors are expected to visit the exhibition and conduct business exchanges. The secretaries-general of the three major international city organizations ICLEI, CityNet and WeGO will also attend. The purpose of the Smart City Summit & Expo (SCSE) is to encourage cities around the world to actively build smart cities to improve people's well-being. On the other hand, it hopes to bring about the Internet of Things (IoT) in the process of developing smart cities. Industrial development, since its first edition in 2014, through the joint efforts of all walks of life, this exhibition has become the most famous smart city exhibition in the world and the largest Internet of Things industry exhibition in Asia. The move of the smart city exhibition to Kaohsiung will help Kaohsiung Digital transformation of cities and urban economic development. The theme of this year's exhibition is "Digital and Green Transformation." The exhibition content includes various smart solutions such as 5G AIOT, smart governance, smart medical care, green energy sustainability, and smart transportation.
