The CTalk forum is part of the Smart City Mayors' Summit and provides a platform for cities to exchange knowledge and promote development. Its goal is to facilitate communication and collaboration among cities by sharing best practices, experiences, insights, and exploring the latest trends and technologies.
 
The first session of this year's two forums will focus on "Smart Finance and Taxation," inviting global city, industry, and academic leaders, as well as decision-makers, to explore how smart technology and innovative solutions can optimize urban financial management and taxation systems and enhance urban governance effectiveness.
