AI point AI & Environment Co., Ltd.

AIpoint specializes in empowering intelligent AI water treatment and recycling. It provides applications in three major themes: "Prediction and Decision-making Water Treatment Systems," "Optimization of Water Treatment Operational Procedure Parameters," and "Intelligent Water Treatment and Water Recycling Management Platform." These applications have been applied in drinking water, chemical industry, and aquaculture, effectively solving industry problems. Its globally unique AI false alarm sensor precise empowerment defense technology provides optimal solutions for waste water treatment, recycling, and energy conservation, assisting in ESG and SDGs for green environmental sustainability. It was awarded the Ministry of Economic Affairs Startup Business Award in 2022 and the Ministry of Economic Affairs Innovation Research Award in 2023.

1.AI Sensor Value-added Automatic Defense System: It automatically distinguishes whether the alarm from the machine's sensors is due to sensor issues or abnormal water quality, reducing the nuisance of false alarms.

2.AI Precision Dosing System: It reduces manpower, chemical waste, sludge generation, and operating consumables costs through precise dosing.

Solution Description

Net Zero Innovation

Precise Chemical Dosing System with AI for Chemical Plant

Pre-implementation Scenario:
Currently, most chemical plants face common issues such as delayed manpower inspection, inspection errors, resulting in abnormal dosing and unstable water quality. Excessive use of non-optimal doses of PAC and Polymer leads to the generation of a large amount of sludge, failing to achieve emission reduction goals.

Actual Benefits after Implementation:
Increase in water recycling by 18,250 tons/year
Reduction in polymer dosage by 300 kg/year, NaOH by 13,140 L
Decrease in carbon emissions by 23,725kg CO2e/year
Reduction in sludge volume by 2,700 kg/year
Reduction in manpower for sampling by 900 hours/year
Reduction in water quality analysis time by 2,400 hours/year
