The Civil IoT data service platform collected and stored environmental sensor data in four key areas: earthquake, water resources, air quality, and disaster prevention, and provides real-time data service using the OGC SensorThings API that conforms to the international data modeling standards for value-added services through a unified data modeling framework. In order to solve the problem of insufficient communication in remote areas, Band20 frequency band is utilized to build a backbone network core service for IoT application, which provides remote areas with the use of Band20 frequency band as a network communication method for IoT data transmission, and expands the scope of IoT deployment in remote areas.

To establish a civil participation mechanism to widely gather opinions from all sectors, the National Development Council has established the "Just Transition Commission." The committee follows a principle of equal representation between governmental agencies and civil society. Members serve a term of two years. The government agency representatives on the committee are deputy ministers from ministries responsible for the 12 key strategies of the 2050 net-zero transition and related issues of just transition. The monitoring data and image information are transmitted to the management system platform for integrated management via fiber-optic networks, NBIOT, or mobile communication. Additionally, it provides central management personnel with real-time interpretation and remote control in case of anomalies.
