In order to save the use of natural resources, implement resource recycling and reuse, reduce processing costs and reduce environmental load. To establish a civil participation mechanism to widely gather opinions from all sectors, the National Development Council has established the "Just Transition Commission." The committee follows a principle of equal representation between governmental agencies and civil society. Members serve a term of two years.
