Smart long-term care platform is to provide personalized, interactive and integrated services on the basis of holistic community-based service model. The platform is to build systemized and intimate long-term care service. Smart Care Management Center will monitor personal conditions through smart home, smart physiological measurement, and emergency notification features. On daily basis, the platform is to keep records, help with self-management, provide home-based service management or prompt instant notification to allow family members to have peace of mind, while the the seniors are treated respectfully and friendly.
