In 2025, Nantou County launched the nation’s first “Home Medication Delivery Service System.” This innovative service allows elderly residents or their family members to apply and make appointments online. Licensed pharmacists then deliver medications directly to the patient’s home free of charge. By integrating technology with compassionate care, the program promotes medication equity and enhances medication safety for vulnerable populations. It also reduces the caregiving burden caused by long travel distances and limited transportation options. Through this initiative, Nantou County is committed to building an age-friendly city that ensures accessible, safe, and dignified healthcare services for all residents.

Therefore, the Yunlin County Government promotes the agricultural creation service guidance team, discovers local DNA, combines traditional agriculture to carry out digital transformation of farms, effectively improves agricultural productivity, bridges the gap between labor shortage and unstable production, assists the agricultural industry in line with international carbon reduction trends and create low-carbon sustainable urban and rural happiness.The project won the 2023 Smart City Innovation Application Awards.

This project is deployed in a large-scale fish farming area in southern Taiwan, where ponds are widely distributed and geographically fragmented, creating challenges for long-distance network connectivity and real-time surveillance. The solution utilizes fiber optic links as the backbone to ensure stable long-range transmission across the site. EAP610-Outdoor wireless access points are deployed to extend network coverage through a mesh architecture, effectively reducing the need for repetitive cabling. For surveillance, the system integrates an NVR4032H with InSight S345 and InSight S345ZI bullet cameras, delivering stable and reliable video transmission. Combined with PoE switches, this solution establishes a flexible, efficient, and reliable network and intelligent surveillance infrastructure tailored for aquaculture management.

A-MTK has extensive experience across diverse CCTV environments and understands the challenges of outdoor parking lots, where terrain, power availability, and network limitations often restrict the deployment of complex hardware or large sensor arrays. To overcome these constraints, A-MTK developed a solution centered on advanced image recognition: Single-Camera Multi-Space Recognition, combining high-resolution ultra-wide-angle IP cameras with AI analytics software. In a typical 20 m × 15 m parking area, a single ultra-wide-angle camera mounted at 4 meters or higher can monitor the entire space. Smart counting software accurately calculates vehicle occupancy, while digitally mapped parking stalls can integrate with third-party platforms to enable real-time parking guidance. This solution is well suited for highway service areas and large outdoor parking facilities, offering key advantages such as lower deployment cost, reduced maintenance needs, and high flexibility across varying site layouts. By utilizing intelligent transportation systems, the system automatically tracks vehicles, identifies vehicle types, predicts trajectories, and transforms the data into useful information. This assists in real-time interpretation and improvement of traffic engineering. This system is particularly crucial in Taiwan, where over 60% of traffic accidents occur at intersections. Through big data analysis, identifying issues and formulating solutions is possible, thereby lowering accident risks. This approach proves more effective than simple advocacy and alerts.

Smart Multifunctional Periodontal Pathology Quick Screening System (SMPPQSS) is the first product able to automatically identify the position of teeth and then to calculate the distribution area of dental plaque simultaneously. The system also provides a new painless gingivitis examination method that could relief examining discomfort. Neither the need of the plaque disclosing tablet nor a probe to penetrate into the patient’s periodontal pocket to determine the degree of periodontitis. Once all tooth-related data is automatically filled into the periodontal digits, the medical record sheet is uploaded to the system directly. It shortens the process to less than 10 minutes, greatly reducing the discomfort of patients during the examination as well as shortening the time doctors need to diagnose and record. SMPPQSS is easy to operate and portable. Dentists or dental assistants can check periodontal health quickly with no restriction of facilities, patients can receive a more convenient medical care even in remote rural areas or at home, or with limited mobility.
