MIRDC’s continuously Rotating Wind Turbine UAV Inspection System can effectively inspect the working wind turbine without interference. It takes 5 minutes to complete the inspection of a single blade to effectively detect 4mm small cracks. The system will not lose power generation by turning off the wind turbine, further observes the actual movement status of running blade structure and pillars to grasp the defects beforehand.

This project is deployed in a large-scale fish farming area in southern Taiwan, where ponds are widely distributed and geographically fragmented, creating challenges for long-distance network connectivity and real-time surveillance. The solution utilizes fiber optic links as the backbone to ensure stable long-range transmission across the site. EAP610-Outdoor wireless access points are deployed to extend network coverage through a mesh architecture, effectively reducing the need for repetitive cabling. For surveillance, the system integrates an NVR4032H with InSight S345 and InSight S345ZI bullet cameras, delivering stable and reliable video transmission. Combined with PoE switches, this solution establishes a flexible, efficient, and reliable network and intelligent surveillance infrastructure tailored for aquaculture management.

Far EasTone Telecommunications (FET) is committed to corporate sustainability and net-zero transformation. By integrating telecommunications with digital technologies, FET helps industries and society reduce carbon emissions. In the public building sector, FET is developing integrated solutions for “Net-Zero and Disaster-Resilient Energy Storage.” Combining net-zero strategies with Energy Management Systems (EMS), FET deploys renewable energy, energy storage, and smart energy-saving mechanisms.
