Taoyuan City Government had developed an intellectualized system for social housing in operation and maintain which integrates data warehouse management system and digital platform for resource stocktaking, and followed the ISO 19650 at the same time.
　　Data warehouse management system can be a Common Data Environment (CDE) to share information of engineering life cycle, and stores data and information about property management in operation and maintenance for social housing in Taoyuan.
Digital platform for resource stocktaking is a BIM-based property management system, it can collect and analyze data of property management, and provide data visualization.
