Innovation Service - "4D_ BIM Smart Building Facilities and Equipment Cloud Management Platform"
Solution Description
BIM technology facilitates the life-cycle service information required for a building, from planning, design, construction, completion, occupancy, maintenance, demolition and reconstruction, and other circulation functions. With ICT, the concept of the Internet of Things (IOT) is one of the most effective tools for obtaining this related information. Therefore, BIM + IOT is one of the main development technology trends for future building facility management (FM). This project combines BIM and IOT technology to build a high-efficiency operating system, and uses information and related data to help with calculation for program systems related to FM, so that these programs can quickly calculate based on the real-time data and provide accurate information that users need. These value-added applications based on this information, can maximize the overall performance of the building.
