This service utilizes Measurement While Drilling (MWD) technology to collect critical subsurface information in real time during the drilling process, helping to monitor formation conditions and ensure construction safety. By providing immediate feedback from measurement data, drilling parameters and operational strategies can be dynamically adjusted, reducing unforeseen risks and improving drilling stability. The MWD data also serves as an essential basis for subsequent analysis and engineering decisions, enhancing overall decision-making quality and operational efficiency in drilling operations.

This project integrates cable TV systems, Civil IoT, and AI video recognition technology to build smart disaster prevention and site safety services. Centered on set-top boxes (STB) and intelligent sensing, the solution focuses on bridging the gap in real-time information and safety protection for elderly and rural populations. Through its wired network infrastructure, the system developed under this project is capable of delivering real-time disaster prevention information, including earthquakes, typhoons, and heavy rainfall alerts. In addition, AI-based recognition capabilities have been integrated into the system. Currently, the system has completed event recognition functions such as parcel placement and retrieval detection. It also performs analysis of human movement trajectories and abnormal group behavior detection. In the future, the system will be further expanded to identify dangerous situations such as violent behavior. Through this project, Taiwan Optical Platform (TOP) demonstrates the potential of integrating cable television networks with AI and IoT technologies to develop a platform for smart disaster prevention and public safety applications.

To establish a civil participation mechanism to widely gather opinions from all sectors, the National Development Council has established the "Just Transition Commission." The committee follows a principle of equal representation between governmental agencies and civil society. Members serve a term of two years. The government agency representatives on the committee are deputy ministers from ministries responsible for the 12 key strategies of the 2050 net-zero transition and related issues of just transition. In addition, the members of the civil society include citizen groups focused on environmental, labor, and indigenous issues, as well as representatives from social enterprises and experts/scholars in the field of economic industries. The committee has four working groups: an academic group, a strategic review group, an issue identification group and an influence group. The public-private partnership will work together to promote a net-zero fair transition. Additionally, this year, multiple public consultation sessions are planned to gather current visions and expectations for a net-zero fair transition from all sectors, aiming to enhance public awareness of net-zero carbon emissions and fair transition.

Carbon Star is a specialized greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory management platform developed by StarTrust Systems, offering enterprises extensive carbon management capabilities. The platform encompasses organizational greenhouse gas inventories (ISO 14064-1) and product carbon footprint inventories (ISO14067), featuring the most extensive functional modules to enable enterprises to effectively gather carbon emissions data throughout their operations. 1. The platform is equipped with calculation benchmarks for carbon emissions and the latest factor data, facilitating enterprises in promptly collecting and computing data. 2. It integrates comprehensive management functions, including approval workflows and reminders, to assist various departments within enterprises in effectively managing greenhouse gas emissions. 3. Departmental access is segregated to ensure confidentiality across departments, allowing cross-departmental retrieval and referencing of only designated data. This measure guarantees the confidentiality of information from both manufacturing facilities and product domains. 4. Carbon Star automatically generates reports and emission inventories swiftly, streamlining enterprise management and verification processes. 5. Data analysis results are presented through a dashboard interface, empowering enterprises to compare and analyze data efficiently.

The AIoT monitoring and analytics platform collects real-time equipment and environmental data, enabling analysis, early warnings, and remote management. By transforming data into actionable insights, the solution enhances operational efficiency, system reliability, and data-driven decision-making for facility management.

Due to the terrain of Taiwan, how to save water resources become one of the main topics that has attracted the public’s attention. Through the following water facilities, the public could get real-time query of water information. In the future, water alarms will be provided for the public to prevent water disaster. At the same time, it also makes water resources management more intelligent, which can not only save resources but also effectively control them.

The system developed by this project provides a smart solution for station including digital fence system, platform pedestrian flow analysis, animal tracking expelled system, track water situation analysis system and platform digital information signage. The platform comprehensively analyses the image of around the station, train coordinates, passenger entry and exit, and water depth etc. Which can be used for follow up review and improvement of abnormal events such as track intrusion, crowd congestion and road flooding to achieve optimal train operation configuration and class spacing control. And provide abnormal event warning and troubleshooting and passenger intelligence information services. After the integration of multiple subsystem through the IOC platform, the system will automatically alert an alarm to the traffic control center and announce the train near the area to remind the driver to pay attention to the situation and enhance the safety of the train and the people or cars in the area when the detection system alarms.

In order to save the use of natural resources, implement resource recycling and reuse, reduce processing costs and reduce environmental load. We use the recycling processing technology to transfer the remaining cutting materials of the ALC body, as well as industrial by-products and domestic waste resources (waste glass) back to the ALC raw material for use. Actual testing of the product shows that the reuse technology is feasible, the quality is stable, and the efficiency of waste reduction and carbon reduction is high. Now It has obtained the environmental protection label from the Ministry of Environment and the green building materials label from the Ministry of Interior.

Delta’s EV charging solution utilizes the self-developed DeltaGrid® EVM, an electric vehicle charging management system for smart charging, power allocation, and charging equipment management. To avoid exceeding the site’s power limit during simultaneous charging, which could result in fines or power outages, the depot adopted a smart charging management system to effectively address power overuse and charging allocation issues. Under limited power conditions, the system efficiently allocates charging power for the electric buses and provides flexibility for future fleet expansion. To address the challenges of charging commercial fleets, the system has dedicated features that were developed for electric buses and commercial fleet charging needs, including Vehicle Identification, Site Current Limitation, Real-Time Alerts, etc, effectively enhances charging efficiency, optimizes operational benefits for electric fleets, and successfully demonstrates the transformation to the electrification of transportation.
