The system developed by this project provides a smart solution for station including digital fence system, platform pedestrian flow analysis, animal tracking expelled system, track water situation analysis system and platform digital information signage. The platform comprehensively analyses the image of around the station, train coordinates, passenger entry and exit, and water depth etc. Which can be used for follow up review and improvement of abnormal events such as track intrusion, crowd congestion and road flooding to achieve optimal train operation configuration and class spacing control. And provide abnormal event warning and troubleshooting and passenger intelligence information services. After the integration of multiple subsystem through the IOC platform, the system will automatically alert an alarm to the traffic control center and announce the train near the area to remind the driver to pay attention to the situation and enhance the safety of the train and the people or cars in the area when the detection system alarms.

Extreme rainfall events have increased the frequency of flooding, creating an urgent need for timely and reliable monitoring of urban drainage systems. The Smart Water Monitoring solution deploys water-level sensors and communication devices within stormwater drainage networks to ensure continuous data transmission. Through a centralized platform with real-time visual indicators, authorities can quickly identify abnormal conditions. This solution strengthens urban disaster resilience, reduces manual inspections, and improves overall operational efficiency.

In recent years, the number of motor vehicle noise cases has increased, and it has been a concern for people in Taiwan. In order to protect the living environment and eliminate improper vehicle modifications, the Ministry of Environment has used acoustic camera technology for law enforcement since 2021. The system contains several scientific instruments, including a license plate recognition function that helps authorities identify noisy vehicles. Technology also improves inspection efficiency and quality of noisy vehicles. Existing roadside inspections require onsite noise measurement. The stationary noise test takes at least 20 minutes for each vehicle. Law enforcement using acoustic camera technology can simultaneously record videos, take photos, identify vehicles and complete noise measurements, to increase efficiency by a factor of 200. It is no longer necessary to use a large amount of manpower to carry out checks and inspections, greatly reducing labor costs. They not only supply fixed or mobile sound-based photography equipment to Taipei City, Taichung City, Chiayi City, and Changhua County but also have extensive experience in assisting with technology enforcement operations.
