Operational Central Control Platform (OCC) for Smart Vehicles
Solution Description
By government support, Wistron has developed a management platform that will enable the smart driving services across Taiwan. The Operational Central Control Platform (OCC) created a one-stop data service portal that allows operators access to a variety of real-time datasets such as video, sensor and HD-Map services.
The cloud-based OCC platform collects real-time information and uses sensor data from smart vehicles to map out their current location. These sensors are capable of collecting a vast sum of information across 60 sensor attributes including speed, Gyroscope, engine RPM and engine load, etc.
The platform offers a variety features to monitor the status of the smart vehicle. From these features, the platform can get operational information more efficient and to improve safety. In addition to collecting vehicle data, the platform also collects HD maps from surveying and mapping vendors to update roadside conditions and provide smart vehicles with a friendly operational environment.
