Focusing on developing and enhancing green competitiveness, we aim to provide three key ESG digital transformation solutions for traditional manufacturing industries: a carbon inventory system, machine predictive maintenance, and electrical safety monitoring. By integrating Taiwan's 5G networking industry, IoT-related sectors, and information technology companies, we are collaboratively developing a 5G smart manufacturing AI-enhanced energy efficiency platform. Using real-world case studies, we aim to initiate innovative vertical application model cases for 5G and AIoT industrial safety. Highway authorities are also using WiM as a tool to charge tolls by vehicles' weights and further prevent overweight vehicles to enter certain road sections. FETC International adopts pre-selection model and three gantry structure and deploys WiM sensors and equipment to collect vehicle data and then transmit data to computerized platform for weight management and send alerts to enforcement if a vehicle doesn't comply weight limits. ​

This exhibition is an atmospheric physical-chemical grid model for prediction of changes in air quality, utilizing data from the U.S. NCEP global weather forecast and regional air pollutant emissions. Local scientific investigation data has been used to adjust and calibrate the model and thereby largely improve the accuracy of the air quality forecast over Taiwan. The 3D display system enables us to understand the transmission processes of cross-border and local air pollution. The system is capable of simulating the changes in air quality over the next three days (72 hours) in Taiwan, with a temporal resolution of 1 hour and a spatial resolution of 3 km. The simulated data can be integrated with air quality data from the Civil IoT Taiwan, providing air quality forecasts every three hours (totaling 72 hours) for six metropolitan areas This system offers regulatory authorities up-to-date information on air quality trends in Taiwan, as well as critical data for formulating control strategies.

Taichung City has deployed 1,220 air quality sensors, utilizing IoT and AI learning, along with a geographic information system to visually present real-time sensor monitoring data.By leveraging big data analysis, pollution hotspots and peak pollution periods are identified to assist environmental agencies in smart law enforcement. Additionally, cross-department collaboration is implemented for environmental governance, employing intelligent technology management for air quality control. The integration of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) further enhances pollutant sampling efficiency.
