Prof. Chia-Hsin Chen’s Team – An Innovative AI-Powered Tongue Vibration Training System This project develops an AI-driven tongue vibration training system for dysphagia and obstructive sleep apnea. It combines a safe, adjustable tongue device, AI motion tracking with real-time biofeedback, EEG-based cognitive monitoring, and AR-based gamified training to deliver personalized, engaging, and data-driven rehabilitation.

Agriculture is the main industry in Yunlin County. Nearly 1/3 of the population are workers in the primary industry. In addition, more than 60% of the population in the related industry chain is engaged in agriculture-related businesses. However, due to the outflow of young people from rural areas, an aging society, and global climate anomalies have made it difficult for agriculture to maintain stable yield and quality, and the international community has responded to the issue of carbon reduction. How to balance food security and environmental sustainability has become a major issue in the current agricultural transformation. Therefore, the Yunlin County Government promotes the agricultural creation service guidance team, discovers local DNA, combines traditional agriculture to carry out digital transformation of farms, effectively improves agricultural productivity, bridges the gap between labor shortage and unstable production, assists the agricultural industry in line with international carbon reduction trends and create low-carbon sustainable urban and rural happiness.The project won the 2023 Smart City Innovation Application Awards.

In order to save the use of natural resources, implement resource recycling and reuse, reduce processing costs and reduce environmental load. We use the recycling processing technology to transfer the remaining cutting materials of the ALC body, as well as industrial by-products and domestic waste resources (waste glass) back to the ALC raw material for use. Actual testing of the product shows that the reuse technology is feasible, the quality is stable, and the efficiency of waste reduction and carbon reduction is high. Now It has obtained the environmental protection label from the Ministry of Environment and the green building materials label from the Ministry of Interior.

Compliance with the regulations: Complete the full-time management mode, in compliance with the regulations of the competent authority and environmental protection standards. 6. The water quality sensor (specific model) is automatically cleaned without additional consumables and can be cleaned frequently.

During WirForce 2024, the largest LAN Party in Asia, the Omada business networking solution provided full network support for 1,400 BYOC players. In recent years, the number of motor vehicle noise cases has increased, and it has been a concern for people in Taiwan. In order to protect the living environment and eliminate improper vehicle modifications, the Ministry of Environment has used acoustic camera technology for law enforcement since 2021. The system contains several scientific instruments, including a license plate recognition function that helps authorities identify noisy vehicles. Technology also improves inspection efficiency and quality of noisy vehicles. Existing roadside inspections require onsite noise measurement. The stationary noise test takes at least 20 minutes for each vehicle. Law enforcement using acoustic camera technology can simultaneously record videos, take photos, identify vehicles and complete noise measurements, to increase efficiency by a factor of 200. It is no longer necessary to use a large amount of manpower to carry out checks and inspections, greatly reducing labor costs. The Acoustic Camera equipment equipment used in this exhibition is provided by OE Scientech Co., Ltd. They not only supply fixed or mobile sound-based photography equipment to Taipei City, Taichung City, Chiayi City, and Changhua County but also have extensive experience in assisting with technology enforcement operations.

Intelligent Positioning System can remotely track the paths, remotely set the access authority, and provide the access alarm and SOS alarm based on configured location Bluetooth sensors. There are three applications: [Guardian Wristband] Authority can know whether home quarantine people are at home. Through the beacon wristband connects with receiver. If home quarantine people are leaving home, the system will send notification to the authority. [Indoor Navigation] Locate users’ position via Bluetooth and precede indoor navigation to let users know their position and find the way in building.
