In Taiwan, religious activities create tens of billions of business opportunities every year, and up to 200,000 metric tons of joss paper are burned every year, generating 300,000 metric tons of carbon emissions, leaving a large amount of joss paper ashes. In the past, they were randomly discarded, causing environmental pollution. Now Jinjing solves the joss paper ashes problem, gives the ashes innovative value, and achieves a circular economy. This project takes “LIUQIU”, which has the highest density of temples in Taiwan, as the starting point. we work hand in hand with local temples to promote environmental protection and cultural inheritance. We aim to become promoters of religion, environmental protection, and local culture, and create cultural and creative products that integrate religion, beauty, and practicality.

Our team has built predictive models based on whole transcriptome data from patients with advanced metastatic prostate cancer, focusing on two different mechanisms of action: androgen receptor antagonists and androgen synthesis inhibitors. These two types of drugs essentially offer only one chance of selection, as resistance to one renders the other ineffective. Using weighted gene correlation network analysis, we identified several gene modules correlated to specific drug responses. Then, we combined several machine-learning algorithms and constructed classification models for different drug mechanisms. Our goal is to use detection services to determine the most effective drug for patients before administration.

Nearly one-third of the population in Yunlin County are first-tier industrial workers, mainly agricultural planting and fishery breeding. In order to diminish street violence cases, reducing the time to solve these cases, protecting citizens’ lives and properties, and allow citizens to live without fear, the Kaohsiung City Police Department (KCPD) built the “3D Street Violence Early Warning, AI Intelligence Collection and Integration Platform” (hereinafter called “the Platform”). The platform utilizes the Internet of Things (IoT) to combine AI image recognition and sound sensing technologies for cross-domain big data analyses. KCPD established cross-platform data interfacing and integration, mainly through “data integration” and “network analyses” to collect with the municipal government’s transportation bureaus and social bureaus; and import existing data from the KCPD data platforms. The Platform will, through web service API, (a) retrieve data built by information systems, (b) conduct big data analysis, aggregate applicable intelligence data and present it in the form of dynamic information, (c) Integrate all information and display it as maps and topologies, improve case handling efficiency. According to KCPD employees’ query, they can adjust factor weights and relationships. Analyze the results based on rational mathematical models and professional case-handling concepts, so that intelligence analysis goes beyond the limitations of platform developers and allows criminal police to maximize their capabilities.

This exhibition is an atmospheric physical-chemical grid model for prediction of changes in air quality, utilizing data from the U.S. NCEP global weather forecast and regional air pollutant emissions. Local scientific investigation data has been used to adjust and calibrate the model and thereby largely improve the accuracy of the air quality forecast over Taiwan. The 3D display system enables us to understand the transmission processes of cross-border and local air pollution. The system is capable of simulating the changes in air quality over the next three days (72 hours) in Taiwan, with a temporal resolution of 1 hour and a spatial resolution of 3 km. The simulated data can be integrated with air quality data from the Civil IoT Taiwan, providing air quality forecasts every three hours (totaling 72 hours) for six metropolitan areas This system offers regulatory authorities up-to-date information on air quality trends in Taiwan, as well as critical data for formulating control strategies.

In addition, more than 60% of the population in the related industry chain is engaged in agriculture-related businesses.
