This project is deployed in a large-scale fish farming area in southern Taiwan, where ponds are widely distributed and geographically fragmented, creating challenges for long-distance network connectivity and real-time surveillance. The solution utilizes fiber optic links as the backbone to ensure stable long-range transmission across the site. EAP610-Outdoor wireless access points are deployed to extend network coverage through a mesh architecture, effectively reducing the need for repetitive cabling. For surveillance, the system integrates an NVR4032H with InSight S345 and InSight S345ZI bullet cameras, delivering stable and reliable video transmission. Combined with PoE switches, this solution establishes a flexible, efficient, and reliable network and intelligent surveillance infrastructure tailored for aquaculture management.

Far EasTone Telecommunications (FET) is committed to corporate sustainability and net-zero transformation. Regarding net-zero solutions, this module reduces carbon emissions from redundant vehicle dispatches through precise resource scheduling and replaces paper processing and acceptance forms with digital forms. Combined with phased completion inspections, it effectively reduces material waste caused by construction errors, assisting subcontractors in practicing a circular economy from processing to assembly, and achieving the carbon reduction transformation goals in smart city construction.

To establish a civil participation mechanism to widely gather opinions from all sectors, the National Development Council has established the "Just Transition Commission." The committee follows a principle of equal representation between governmental agencies and civil society. Members serve a term of two years. The government agency representatives on the committee are deputy ministers from ministries responsible for the 12 key strategies of the 2050 net-zero transition and related issues of just transition. In addition, the members of the civil society include citizen groups focused on environmental, labor, and indigenous issues, as well as representatives from social enterprises and experts/scholars in the field of economic industries. The committee has four working groups: an academic group, a strategic review group, an issue identification group and an influence group. The public-private partnership will work together to promote a net-zero fair transition. Additionally, this year, multiple public consultation sessions are planned to gather current visions and expectations for a net-zero fair transition from all sectors, aiming to enhance public awareness of net-zero carbon emissions and fair transition.
