The technical solution of Foxtron Electric Bus combines domestic and international resources, each contributing its strengths： 1. It adopts Foxtron's self-developed VCU software, integrates and develops the EEA architecture for electric buses, and utilizes motors, batteries, and chassis suspension systems from international major manufacturers. In collaboration with domestic manufacturers, Foxtron designs and develops dedicated low-floor bus frames for chassis cooperation. 2. In the product design of electric buses, Foxtron identifies pain points in traditional buses and improves upon them. For example, traditional buses often have issues with rollover protection and numerous blind spots, as well as differential wheel rotation caused by wheelbase, leading to frequent traffic accidents due to visibility problems. To address these issues, Foxtron employs Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) and NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) analysis to verify the design of various systems and components. This ensures the overall strength of the vehicle body and chassis, enhances passenger safety, and incorporates features such as panoramic image display and an electronic wide-angle rearview mirror with a blind spot detection system to solve driver blind spot issues. Additionally, to alert pedestrians and other road users to the risk of differential wheel rotation, Model T projects prominent light beams onto the ground during turns, marking the danger zone.

A-MTK has extensive experience across diverse CCTV environments and understands the challenges of outdoor parking lots, where terrain, power availability, and network limitations often restrict the deployment of complex hardware or large sensor arrays. To overcome these constraints, A-MTK developed a solution centered on advanced image recognition: Single-Camera Multi-Space Recognition, combining high-resolution ultra-wide-angle IP cameras with AI analytics software. In a typical 20 m × 15 m parking area, a single ultra-wide-angle camera mounted at 4 meters or higher can monitor the entire space. Smart counting software accurately calculates vehicle occupancy, while digitally mapped parking stalls can integrate with third-party platforms to enable real-time parking guidance. This solution is well suited for highway service areas and large outdoor parking facilities, offering key advantages such as lower deployment cost, reduced maintenance needs, and high flexibility across varying site layouts. Intelligent Positioning System can remotely track the paths, remotely set the access authority, and provide the access alarm and SOS alarm based on configured location Bluetooth sensors. There are three applications: [Guardian Wristband] Authority can know whether home quarantine people are at home. Through the beacon wristband connects with receiver. If home quarantine people are leaving home, the system will send notification to the authority. [Indoor Navigation] Locate users’ position via Bluetooth and precede indoor navigation to let users know their position and find the way in building. This service is applicable to large areas such as airports, stations, department stores, etc. [Intelligence on People Seeking] With smart positioning wristband, users can instantly know current location of their children or parents via App. It could avoid the common problem of missing family.

This project is deployed in a large-scale fish farming area in southern Taiwan, where ponds are widely distributed and geographically fragmented, creating challenges for long-distance network connectivity and real-time surveillance. The solution utilizes fiber optic links as the backbone to ensure stable long-range transmission across the site. EAP610-Outdoor wireless access points are deployed to extend network coverage through a mesh architecture, effectively reducing the need for repetitive cabling. For surveillance, the system integrates an NVR4032H with InSight S345 and InSight S345ZI bullet cameras, delivering stable and reliable video transmission. Combined with PoE switches, this solution establishes a flexible, efficient, and reliable network and intelligent surveillance infrastructure tailored for aquaculture management.

The innovative parking operations solution integrates AI-based Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR), sensing devices, IoT infrastructure, and a cloud management platform. By streamlining parking management, reducing manual intervention, and providing actionable insights through real-time data, this solution helps parking operators maximize space utilization and enhance customer satisfaction with a transparent, data-driven, brilliant parking service. The system provides real-time visibility into vehicle entry and exit, space occupancy, and on-site traffic flow. It supports ticketless access and license plate–based payment. It also offers real-time parking guidance and multiple payment options. These features reduce labour costs and enhance the user parking experience. A centralized management platform and operational data analytics give operators insights into traffic patterns, space turnover, and revenue performance. This enables informed decisions on pricing strategies and space allocation. As a result, operators can achieve efficient, sustainable smart parking operations.

With our fiber sDAS, Wave-In effectively reduce mobile signal dead spots caused by insufficient base station coverage, buildings or electromagnetic signal interference. Due to the pandemic, Taiwanese Engineers weren’t able to assist with on-site installation and coverage testing, to solve this problem and improve efficiency, Wave-In utilized Mixed Reality for collaboration and remote assistance.

In response to the rapid transition into a super-aged society, Nantou County faces significant challenges due to its vast geographic area and the uneven and insufficient distribution of medical resources. Many elderly residents and persons with disabilities experience difficulties in accessing prescription medications. In 2025, Nantou County launched the nation’s first “Home Medication Delivery Service System.” This innovative service allows elderly residents or their family members to apply and make appointments online. Licensed pharmacists then deliver medications directly to the patient’s home free of charge. By integrating technology with compassionate care, the program promotes medication equity and enhances medication safety for vulnerable populations. It also reduces the caregiving burden caused by long travel distances and limited transportation options. Through this initiative, Nantou County is committed to building an age-friendly city that ensures accessible, safe, and dignified healthcare services for all residents.

Far EasTone’s Traffic Signal UPS System ensures that intersections remain “lit and flowing” even during power outages. By integrating Far EasTone’s self-developed monitoring and management platform with smart batteries and signal controllers, the system can instantly track battery levels, utility power status, and device health. When an abnormality in the utility power occurs, the smart battery automatically takes over to keep the traffic lights operating normally. This enhances road and public safety while preventing sudden traffic disorder or additional carbon emissions caused by congestion. At the same time, battery and UPS data are sent back to the platform, allowing management units to detect abnormalities in real time and respond quickly—building truly stable and uninterrupted smart mobility for cities.
