In addition, more than 60% of the population in the related industry chain is engaged in agriculture-related businesses. However, due to the outflow of young people from rural areas, an aging society, and global climate anomalies have made it difficult for agriculture to maintain stable yield and quality, and the international community has responded to the issue of carbon reduction. How to balance food security and environmental sustainability has become a major issue in the current agricultural transformation. Therefore, the Yunlin County Government promotes the agricultural creation service guidance team, discovers local DNA, combines traditional agriculture to carry out digital transformation of farms, effectively improves agricultural productivity, bridges the gap between labor shortage and unstable production, assists the agricultural industry in line with international carbon reduction trends and create low-carbon sustainable urban and rural happiness.The project won the 2023 Smart City Innovation Application Awards.

Delta’s EV charging solution utilizes the self-developed DeltaGrid® EVM, an electric vehicle charging management system for smart charging, power allocation, and charging equipment management. To avoid exceeding the site’s power limit during simultaneous charging, which could result in fines or power outages, the depot adopted a smart charging management system to effectively address power overuse and charging allocation issues. Under limited power conditions, the system efficiently allocates charging power for the electric buses and provides flexibility for future fleet expansion. The Ministry of Economic Affairs, Department of Industrial Technology has commissioned the Industrial Technology Research Institute's Center for Smart Sensing and System Technology to develop a "Composite Long-Term Air Quality Sensor." This sensor is capable of simultaneously measuring particulate matter (PM2.5), ozone (O3), carbon monoxide (CO), volatile organic compounds (VOC), and other air quality monitoring parameters. Also, the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) to develop a "Composite Water Quality Sensing System." This system enables simultaneous measurement and detection of parameters such as Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Suspended Solid Concentration (SS), Copper Ion (Cu2+) concentration, conductivity, pH value, temperature, and more.

Blue Ocean’s Water-Storing seedling pots, take their design inspiration from the shape of Chinese gold ingots, which symbolize the accumulation of wealth. The water-storing planter, with a string-drip irrigation design, improve the survival rate for planted saplings.With a water storage capacity of 15 liters, the pot protects saplings at the stage when they most need it. A special bio-degradable design protects the pot’s structure made from recycled paper, allowing it to store water.
