To establish a civil participation mechanism to widely gather opinions from all sectors, the National Development Council has established the "Just Transition Commission." The committee follows a principle of equal representation between governmental agencies and civil society. Members serve a term of two years. The water-storing planter, with a string-drip irrigation design, improve the survival rate for planted saplings.With a water storage capacity of 15 liters, the pot protects saplings at the stage when they most need it. A special bio-degradable design protects the pot’s structure made from recycled paper, allowing it to store water. This exhibition is an atmospheric physical-chemical grid model for prediction of changes in air quality, utilizing data from the U.S. NCEP global weather forecast and regional air pollutant emissions. Local scientific investigation data has been used to adjust and calibrate the model and thereby largely improve the accuracy of the air quality forecast over Taiwan. The system is capable of simulating the changes in air quality over the next three days (72 hours) in Taiwan, with a temporal resolution of 1 hour and a spatial resolution of 3 km. The simulated data can be integrated with air quality data from the Civil IoT Taiwan, informing regulatory authorities the changes in air quality for the near future, and key information for formulation of control strategies
