In alignment with global sustainable tourism trends and Taiwan’s “2050 Net-Zero Emissions Pathway,” Nantou County launched the Nantou Sustainable Tourism Campaign (NSTC) in 2024 in partnership with National Chi Nan University. As the first local government in Taiwan to establish a comprehensive sustainable tourism framework, Nantou created NSTC as a platform for training, talent development, knowledge exchange, and strategic marketing to accelerate tourism transformation. NSTC is built on three core pillars. NSTC Talk enhances industry capacity through workshops, training programs, and forums. NSTC Criteria incorporates international sustainable tourism standards to develop localized evaluation guidelines and assess business sustainability maturity. NSTC Travel Guide promotes certified businesses and sustainable itineraries, encouraging responsible travel and green consumption. Through systematic carbon footprint assessments, Nantou has developed nine net-zero itineraries and twenty-three low-carbon routes, covering one- to three-day immersive experiences. These itineraries adopt the internationally recognized Gold Standard carbon offset mechanism to ensure measurable emission reduction. By integrating data-driven governance with green practices, NSTC positions Nantou as a leading model for sustainable tourism transformation and low-carbon regional development.

Delta's smart city solutions are based on three main axes: smart park management, smart light poles, and community security monitoring: smart park management uses a cross-system city information integration platform that handles a wide range of data transmission, aggregation, visualisation, and analysis to help achieve the goals of smart city governance. Intelligent light poles provide low-carbon lighting services in the parks, and at the same time serve as information collection and transmission nodes for the intelligent Internet of Things, while security surveillance protects people and assets in the parks and the city from infringement. airaTrack is a comprehensive personnel tracking system that utilizes AI algorithms developed by our team to extract features from both the "face and figure." It generates unique biometric IDs with a recognition accuracy of up to 99%, all without the need for registering facial data, addressing privacy concerns. Capable of cross-camera searches and matching 10,000 faces per second, it significantly enhances the efficiency of traditional manual matching processes and increases search efficiency and accuracy by 97% enabling automatic path tracking of personnel in the field. The system also generates investigation reports for evidential preservation.

This service utilizes Measurement While Drilling (MWD) technology to collect critical subsurface information in real time during the drilling process, helping to monitor formation conditions and ensure construction safety. By providing immediate feedback from measurement data, drilling parameters and operational strategies can be dynamically adjusted, reducing unforeseen risks and improving drilling stability. The MWD data also serves as an essential basis for subsequent analysis and engineering decisions, enhancing overall decision-making quality and operational efficiency in drilling operations.

The Sustainability Performance Management Platform assists enterprises in extending their management perspective from direct emissions to the entire value chain, ensuring the precise implementation of supplier sustainability performance management. IISI has a number of solutions for smart image processing, the main application areas are smart transportation, smart disaster prevention, security monitoring, etc. The main products include iTrafficView and iSurveillance. iTrafficView is a server-based image recognition detection system that receive real-time video streaming from on-site network cameras and instantly performs image recognition and event detection to provide monitoring services immediately. Furthermore, the system records related identification and detection data for consecutive statistical and analysis procedure. The advanced hybrid DVR and intelligent management platform offers a one-stop solution to enhance both analog, digital, and IP convergence. "iSurveillance" is an intelligent Hybrid DVR that supports analog and IP cameras. It applies the ASF compression for efficient data management, flexible and compatible with various brands of surveillance devices.

The system developed by this project provides a smart solution for station including digital fence system, platform pedestrian flow analysis, animal tracking expelled system, track water situation analysis system and platform digital information signage. The platform comprehensively analyses the image of around the station, train coordinates, passenger entry and exit, and water depth etc. Which can be used for follow up review and improvement of abnormal events such as track intrusion, crowd congestion and road flooding to achieve optimal train operation configuration and class spacing control. And provide abnormal event warning and troubleshooting and passenger intelligence information services. After the integration of multiple subsystem through the IOC platform, the system will automatically alert an alarm to the traffic control center and announce the train near the area to remind the driver to pay attention to the situation and enhance the safety of the train and the people or cars in the area when the detection system alarms.
