Capable of cross-camera searches and matching 10,000 faces per second, it significantly enhances the efficiency of traditional manual matching processes and increases search efficiency and accuracy by 97% enabling automatic path tracking of personnel in the field. The system also generates investigation reports for evidential preservation.

A-MTK has extensive experience across diverse CCTV environments and understands the challenges of outdoor parking lots, where terrain, power availability, and network limitations often restrict the deployment of complex hardware or large sensor arrays. To overcome these constraints, A-MTK developed a solution centered on advanced image recognition: Single-Camera Multi-Space Recognition, combining high-resolution ultra-wide-angle IP cameras with AI analytics software. In a typical 20 m × 15 m parking area, a single ultra-wide-angle camera mounted at 4 meters or higher can monitor the entire space. Smart counting software accurately calculates vehicle occupancy, while digitally mapped parking stalls can integrate with third-party platforms to enable real-time parking guidance. In recent years, the number of motor vehicle noise cases has increased, and it has been a concern for people in Taiwan. In order to protect the living environment and eliminate improper vehicle modifications, the Ministry of Environment has used acoustic camera technology for law enforcement since 2021. The system contains several scientific instruments, including a license plate recognition function that helps authorities identify noisy vehicles. Technology also improves inspection efficiency and quality of noisy vehicles. Existing roadside inspections require onsite noise measurement. The stationary noise test takes at least 20 minutes for each vehicle. Law enforcement using acoustic camera technology can simultaneously record videos, take photos, identify vehicles and complete noise measurements, to increase efficiency by a factor of 200. It is no longer necessary to use a large amount of manpower to carry out checks and inspections, greatly reducing labor costs. The Acoustic Camera equipment equipment used in this exhibition is provided by OE Scientech Co., Ltd. They not only supply fixed or mobile sound-based photography equipment to Taipei City, Taichung City, Chiayi City, and Changhua County but also have extensive experience in assisting with technology enforcement operations.

With the stable connectivity of Far EasTone’s network, traffic control centers can not only monitor signal status in real time and adjust timing remotely, but also optimize signal control based on dynamic traffic flow, enabling smoother travel and reducing congestion. At the same time, we place pedestrian safety at the core. In response to the “pedestrian hell” issue, the system supports pedestrian signal control—such as extending pedestrian green time or inserting additional phases—and works in tandem with smart intersection sensing devices to proactively protect every step pedestrians take while crossing the street.

The Taichung Local Tax Bureau has launched the "Local Tax AI Anywhere Door," a 24/7 intelligent service platform powered by AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP). By integrating local, national, and cross-agency data, the system utilizes Deep Learning (BERT) and a specialized tax knowledge base to provide precise, multi-turn conversational consultations. The platform also features online applications, tax simulations, e-payments, and live text/video support, drastically reducing processing time and costs for citizens. To date, it has served over 440,000 cases with 99% accuracy and over 90% satisfaction, effectively lowering transportation-related carbon emissions and demonstrating the power of human-centric digital governance.

Far EasTone’s Traffic Signal UPS System ensures that intersections remain “lit and flowing” even during power outages. By integrating Far EasTone’s self-developed monitoring and management platform with smart batteries and signal controllers, the system can instantly track battery levels, utility power status, and device health. When an abnormality in the utility power occurs, the smart battery automatically takes over to keep the traffic lights operating normally. This enhances road and public safety while preventing sudden traffic disorder or additional carbon emissions caused by congestion. At the same time, battery and UPS data are sent back to the platform, allowing management units to detect abnormalities in real time and respond quickly—building truly stable and uninterrupted smart mobility for cities.
