TÜV Rheinland is the first body in Taiwan who had obtained the accreditation from TAF (Taiwan Accreditation Foundation) on ISO/IEC 17020 Type A qualification, enable perform assessment service for rail system according to EU railway safety standard.

We offer Independent Verification and Validation(IV&V), Independent Safety Assessment (ISA) services to government agencies, traffic authorities, rolling stock manufacturers, and signaling system contractors. In addition, we are solution provider for consulting and training such as LCC, RAMS analyses and Feasibility for a wide range of clients.
TÜV Rheinland is the first inspection body in Taiwan to submit an Independent Verification and Validation(IV&V) report of the overall system based on “Rules of MRT Final Inspection & Testing for Revenue Service”. Apart from understanding the requirements for writing the IV&V report of the overall system, we also have numerous experiences in domestic railway segmental operation requirements and so as preliminary inspection for revenue service. The IV&V report will ensure the compliance of the function, safety, Quality and RAM for the tender requirement of the railway transportation system and also be submitted on time in line with the schedule of the preliminary inspection for revenue service.
