Taiwan SECOM “Smart City Safety Solution” including: 5G high-speed network transmission, road safety monitoring, real-time analysis of traffic flow and vehicle types, parking violation analysis, license plate recognition, traffic flow analysis, smart parking, air quality detection, personnel positioning and push Notification, e-paper information board and IoT integrated system platform. The platform's principal IOC monitoring and management, Open API interface, and know-how for dispatching services are integrated with multiple subsystems through the back-end management platform. When the system is abnormal, it can be quickly reflected and subsequent disposal. Significantly reduce personnel monitoring and management costs. It will also actively monitor the normal status of the equipment at usual time, when abnormal maintenance, always keep the system equipment running normally, improve the system equipment rate. Meanwhile the new way of operation of the smart city is establishing.

This project is deployed in a large-scale fish farming area in southern Taiwan, where ponds are widely distributed and geographically fragmented, creating challenges for long-distance network connectivity and real-time surveillance. The solution utilizes fiber optic links as the backbone to ensure stable long-range transmission across the site. EAP610-Outdoor wireless access points are deployed to extend network coverage through a mesh architecture, effectively reducing the need for repetitive cabling. For surveillance, the system integrates an NVR4032H with InSight S345 and InSight S345ZI bullet cameras, delivering stable and reliable video transmission. Combined with PoE switches, this solution establishes a flexible, efficient, and reliable network and intelligent surveillance infrastructure tailored for aquaculture management.

Capable of cross-camera searches and matching 10,000 faces per second, it significantly enhances the efficiency of traditional manual matching processes and increases search efficiency and accuracy by 97% enabling automatic path tracking of personnel in the field. The system also generates investigation reports for evidential preservation.

Acer ITS self-develop smart parking meter system provides vehicle detection, license plate recognition, auto-ticketing, multi-payment functions to achieve the goal of payment automation for roadside parking. It also provides instant parking space information so that drivers can see the parking availability through mobile APPs to avoid circling in the city that causing traffic jam and higher carbon emissions. It collects parking information through auto-ticketing system, and feeds in big data platform to produce accurate turnover rate and usage rate. These data are the base of policy making for parking authorities. Applications with automation, intellectualization and mobilization provide drivers with nice parking experiences, and enhance parking management performance for parking authorities. Criminal and street violence cases will affect and cause panic to citizens. In order to diminish street violence cases, reducing the time to solve these cases, protecting citizens’ lives and properties, and allow citizens to live without fear, the Kaohsiung City Police Department (KCPD) built the “3D Street Violence Early Warning, AI Intelligence Collection and Integration Platform” (hereinafter called “the Platform”). The platform utilizes the Internet of Things (IoT) to combine AI image recognition and sound sensing technologies for cross-domain big data analyses. KCPD established cross-platform data interfacing and integration, mainly through “data integration” and “network analyses” to collect with the municipal government’s transportation bureaus and social bureaus; and import existing data from the KCPD data platforms. The Platform will, through web service API, (a) retrieve data built by information systems, (b) conduct big data analysis, aggregate applicable intelligence data and present it in the form of dynamic information, (c) Integrate all information and display it as maps and topologies, improve case handling efficiency. According to KCPD employees’ query, they can adjust factor weights and relationships. Analyze the results based on rational mathematical models and professional case-handling concepts, so that intelligence analysis goes beyond the limitations of platform developers and allows criminal police to maximize their capabilities.
